  1. Aniseed (saunf) – 125 grams
  2. Ammonium Chloride (Noshadar) – 75 grams
  3. Carom Seeds (ajwain) – 50 grams
  4. Black Pepper (kali mirch) – 25 grams
  5. Pink Salt (rock salt) – 25 grams
  6. Black Salt (kala namak) – 50 grams
Method

Mix all the ingredients in grinder machine one by one in a powder form. Mix it all in a bowl and keep the mixture in a glass bottle with lid. When you feel acidity or belly pain use ¼ teaspoon with lukewarm water. You will found it very much effective in 10-15 minutes.



Ginger Powder and Pomegranate Seeds  for Painful Acidity

Ingredients

  1. Ginger Powder – 100 grams
  2. Pomegranate Seeds Powder – 75 grams
  3. Nigella Seeds – 50 grams
  4. White Pepper – 25 grams
  5. Black Salt – 50 grams
Method

Make a powder mixture in grinder and keep it in a jar. Use it when required ¼ teaspoon with warm water. If you use it after every meal only one pinch, you will never face acidity problem.

Carom Seeds for Painful Acidity

Ingredients

Carom Seeds – 250 grams
Lemon; (daily for 7 days) – 10 fresh pieces
Cotton cloth 1 piece

Method

Squeeze daily fresh Lemon juice in Carom Seeds and mix it finely in a large bowl. Cover the bowl with cotton cloth piece and place it in sunlight for 2-3 hours. Daily repeat this method for 7 days. On 7th day when Carom Seeds dried keep it in a jar. When if you feel acidity, gas or belly pain use only 2-3 pinch with lukewarm water. It effects in 5-10 minutes.



Mango Powder for Painful Acidity

Ingredients

  1. Mango Powder – 125 grams
  2. Cloves – 25 grams
  3. Mint Powder – 100 grams
  4. Mustard Seeds Powder – 50 grams
  5. Black Salt – 50 grams
Method

Mix all the ingredients powder and keep it in dry place. Use it when your feel acidity.

Tamarind  for Painful Acidity

Ingredients

  1. Jaggery – 125 grams
  2. Dried Ginger Power – 50 grams
  3. Aniseed – 125 grams
  4. Tamarind – 25 grams
  5. Water – 500 grams
Method

Boil Tamarind in water on high flam for 10-15 minutes then filter Tamarind seeds from it. Now add Aniseed in this water and boil it again when it becomes dry off the stove. When it becomes cool mix it with crushed Jaggery and dried Ginger powder. Store it in a jar. Use it when required only 3-4 pinch and feel relax from acidity. It is also very useful and effective remedy.
