Indigestion is a group of symptoms, usually brought on by overindulgence in food and alcoholism. Causes of Indigestion

Cumin Seeds, Green Cardamom and Aniseed
Roast cumin seeds, green cardamom seeds and aniseed in equal quantity in a dry pan. Make a powder with them and keep it in a glass jar. Daily take 3 to 4 times during the day to treat indigestion fast. Also best to improve digestive system health.
