Fenugreek Seeds Paste and Lavender Oil

Soak 2 tablespoons Fenugreek seeds in water overnight and next morning make a paste with it. Now mix 6-8 drops of Lavender Oil in it. Fenugreek and Cucumber

Put the lemon juice in a bowl, add the honey and mix until completely dissolved. Slowly add the Fuller’s earth/green clay and mix to a thick paste. If it’s too thick to stir easily, add one egg white. If it’s too runny, add a little more fuller’s earth. The paste should be thick enough to stay in place on the spoon and your face without dripping. Apply and rinse off, as suggested above.

3. Banana, Aloe Vera Mask 

  • Half a Banana
  • 2 teaspoons Cornmeal (from health food shops)
  • 2 tablespoons Aloe Vera Gel
  • A little Milk

Mash the banana and blend with the cornmeal and aloe Vera gel. Add milk to make a smooth but not runny paste. Then apply and rinse off, as suggested above.

4. Peach, Avocado and Rose Water Mask 

  • 2 tablespoons Ripe Peach
  • 1 tablespoon ripe Avocado, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon Rose Water
